They offer specific Pre & Post Natal exercise classes tailored for before, during and after pregnancy for the exercising woman. Exercise Together encapsulates the whole journey of health and wellness preparing you for pregnancy through yoga, exercise, meditation, nutrition and working with your body during pregnancy through movement and mobility and after pregnancy, supporting and assisting the body to return to its pre-pregnancy state.  All classes are baby & toddler friendly and are equipped with safe toddler play area.
