This fitness and social hub is a great outlet for new mums and helps put a structure on Maternity Leave. Classes last for one hour and give Mums the chance to get in shape and pull back into that body you had before it was all about baby. Mum’s get to meet up with other mums, swap stories, and trade tips. It will get you outdoors, so you can get fit and active, feel energetic and positive and most of all, help you lose the weight and tone up. All sessions are 6 weeks with 2 mornings a week plus a bonus Saturday class for Mums who want to a more intense workout, without their buggy.
Platinum Pilates has put together a unique class for women who need a little more support getting back into exercise post pregnancy. Their gentle class which is designed by specialists, is suitable for women who have been signed off by their GP or Physiotherapist to return to exercise. New borns up to 9 months old are welcome.
Post natal pilates classes are designed specifically for new mums, and all the challenges that brings. The classes will focus on understanding the changes your body goes through, the importance of posture and practicing safe and effective exercises in the post natal period. The classes focus on strengthening core muscles, correcting postural issues including back and pelvic pain. During the class we may incorporate your baby into the class, or just let them stay beside you and sleep. You choose, this is very much a baby led class.

This course is designed with consideration to your baby so you will be exercising with baby close by or at times included in the exercise. Some classes will include gentle fun exercises for your babies. The course will include an individual assessment to help establish if you have abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti). After the class there will be time for tea/coffee and a chat with the other mums.

Pre and Postnatal Fitness Classes indoors in the winter, and outdoors in the summer! Baby Body Fit was started in December 2010 by Stephanie Sinnott, with an aim to help women get through the maternity cycle while maintaining a level of fitness and staying healthy. They aim to show women how to be healthy and feel good throughout pregnancy, and how to lose weight the right way after having their baby.
Korina a mum of 2 has over 10 years experience training women and is passionate about helping women look and feel their best.
Her Mum and Baby classes are a blend of light weights, body-weight and core-strength exercises, designed to target those areas impacted by pregnancy. The goal is to help new mums tighten up those " jiggly bits" bum, tum, legs, arms and back along with boosting energy levels needed to complete day-to-day tasks that comes with having a new baby.
An added bonus, you will involve (option) your little one by using their little body weight as resistance by wearing a baby carrier, this will help keep your posture straight, keep core tight while working on slow controlled movements and also make you sweat a little more too. Classes will abe a super opportunity to meet new mums within your area.
We will be adding fun light warm up and cool down exercises that will help release your
" HAPPY HORMONE" for a natural boost of positive energy, vital for any new mum.

BuggyFit is perfect for Mums to get fit with the buggy and baby close by, or even part of the session. These classes include a range of cardio and body weight or ketttlebell based exercises delivered in a fun environment.

They offer specific Pre & Post Natal exercise classes tailored for before, during and after pregnancy for the exercising woman. Exercise Together encapsulates the whole journey of health and wellness preparing you for pregnancy through yoga, exercise, meditation, nutrition and working with your body during pregnancy through movement and mobility and after pregnancy, supporting and assisting the body to return to its pre-pregnancy state. Mother and Baby Pilates classes. This 4 week Physiotherapy and Pilates-based exercise programme is aimed at helping your physical and emotional postnatal recovery. This 45m interactive Mother and Baby Pilates class also involves gentle exercises for babies. Classes are relaxing, allowing you to feed, change or soothe your baby whenever the need arises - your baby is the boss!

Kathy has teamed up with the experienced coaches in Performace Therapy Ireland to deliver this hugly beneficical course. Mums bodies need some TLC after pregnancy and birth and these sessions will focus on strengthening and rebuilding you in a safe and effective way. Best of all, your baby is welcome to come along!
